The record label ‘Warner Music Group’ was founded by the Warner brothers in March 1958. Now owned by Access Industries, who have the largest share of the company (as of writing 72% of equity). The company is also involved with many other record labels, including: Atlantic Records, Warner Records and Elektra Music Group. 

They don’t have a specific range of genres and are open to all. They are popular with the younger generation of artists; examples can include: Ed Sheeren, Dua Lipa, Alex Warren and others, while also having some of the biggest artists in the last 50 years, including Aretha Franklin, known as the ‘Queen of Soul’, Fleetwood Mac, ABBA, AC/DC and Led Zeppelin.
